Got our tickets for opening day. Not looking forward to the 7 hour drive on Canadian express ways, but hey, if we win, then it's worth it! (and even if we don't win)
Went to Canada for the first time in my 14+ years of living here in Michigan. Had a good time at the USA vs Canada game. Then we bought tickets to see Venezuela vs Italy. Felt good to see Grilli give up a home run on his second pitch to former team mate Carlos Guillen. (Thank goodness for retractable roofs, it rained practically the whole time we were in Canada)
Also glad to see Carlos and Miguel hitting HRs in this years WBC. Here's hoping that carries over into the regular season.
